VIDEO: In this episode, you’ll see how I was “Love Bombed” by con man in Kentucky, named Scott David Pummill – franchisee of Chemstation, Paducah. It all started with a flurry of texts, emails and phone calls (up to 5X in one day) for about 3 months while he falsely claimed he was single (he actually had a live-in girlfriend, named Maria Markowski – An Asian-American woman in her 50’s. According to her social media, she works at a Hardware Store in Paducah, KY – she’s originally from Ohio. When she wrote a lie-infested “declaration” for a fake case, her social media said she still lived in Ohio). I had known him as a platonic friend for 10 years prior. We met when he lived in Los Angeles. I thought he was my friend. I trusted him.

When I discovered he was a con man, he falsely claimed I was just an acquaintance, I was “delusional” and I was going to kill him. He falsely accused me of attempted murder and said he feared that I was going to murder him and everyone he lived with (Maria Markowski and his elderly father). The evidence shows he pursued me. He lied to me. And when he got caught he created a filthy con to try to ruin my life.
VIDEO: In this episode, a creepy attorney (Bennet Gerard Kelley – CA State Bar Number #177001 of the “Internet Law Center” who works from home with is co-conspirator criminal wife Wanda Rudd at his “Internet Law Center” in Santa Monica, CA) appeared at my home in California to terrorize me for 4 hours! He banged on my front door like an animal, then harassed me with 59 threatening text messages. The Kentucky con man, Scott Pummill, sent him to my home after I discovered the he was a con man and had been living with a woman while pursuing me for 3 months.

(Case #1)
VIDEO: A fraudulent Restraining Order was thrown on my doormat as crooked attorney, Bennet Kelley, texted “you’ve been served”. It was not legitimate and falsely claimed I had a gun and was on the verge of killing the con man, his live in girlfriend and his elderly father whom they lived with. It was filled to the brim with one lie after the next.
DOWNLOADABLE EVIDENCE: The fraudulent Restraining Order with lie infested “witness statements” from Maria Markowski and Timothy Swinford (Scott Pummill’s co-franchise owner of Chemstation). It is disgusting. Not only did they falsely accuse me of attempted murder of 3 people in KY. The attorney, Bennet Kelley put himself on it, falsely claiming I harassed him and needed to stay 100 feet away from him. Yet he was at MY HOME threatening me for hours, 3 days prior and I never contacted him from when we was at my house to when he threw the garbage on my doormat. He was 1) the attorney for the Kentucky con man 2) the process server for the fraudulent RO AND 3) a protected party in the RO???
It’s common knowledge and the law that if you are IN a RO you are not to serve it. But since it wasn’t legitimate – Bennet broke in my complex and threw it on my doormat and texted me. This is known as attorney misconduct on a criminal level.
Must Watch: You need to watch this so you know what falsified court documents look like. I knew it was filled with lies and improperly served, but I didn’t discover it was completely fraudulently until later – they padded file, and created fake court hearings, fabricated and back dated minute orders, and raped the case summary – even a year later they were still raping it!

Yury’s partner is Stanley Lieber – CA State Bar Number #57628 of Lieber & Galperin. He was not part of the scam, to my knowledge – as I had no interaction with him and I don’t know if Yury told him he was involved in criminal acts to hurt their client. I did have a converation with his son, Jason Lieber – CA State Bar Number #233537 of Lieber & Galperin after Yury told me that he wanted me to speak with him (this was before I realized Yury took a bribe, lied to me and was part of Bennet Kelley’s Court Record Rape Scam.

VIDEO: I was conned into signing an Illegal Settlement Agreement by Yury Galperin. My attorney LIED to me and told me he filed evidence to clear my name. He didn’t file any of it. You’ll see how he scammed me for bribes from the other side. Then called me “ridiculous” (in writing) when I inquired about it.

He claimed if I didn’t sign his 2nd agreement he was “free to share information with Ms. Anku’s stepfather’s attorney. He was refering to my step-father who bankrolled this entire felony scam, Brian Quartey, BP oil trader based in London and his crock-pot attorney Joseph Land – CA State Bar Number #266657 of Land Legal Group who worked “behind the scenes’ on this and other fraudulent cases with Bennet Kelley.

Must Watch: We’ve all heard how Harvey Weinstein hired spies to terrorize his rape victims. These court record rapists have a spy in their criminal circus as well. Her name is Vanessa Kachadurian from Fresno, CA. She parades on-line as a “victim” of Bennet Kelley. She has various twitter accounts and blogs with crazy photos of Bennet Kelley and all sorts of weird things (such as his face photoshopped on a body with an ax).
Vanessa Kachadurian gains trust by pretending she’s on your side…but she actually works for them. You need to see how spies work and what to look and listen for to smoke out a spy and protect yourself from these con artists. With the amount of craziness she has on-line about Bennet Kelley, she looks like a real victim. Then, Bennet even has a website dedicated to her calling her a “convicted criminal” stating he has “pity” for her. It’s all a big illusion. On-line she acts one way, then behind the scenes she was telling me to “just pay him off”.
My LAST REPLY to communication from Vanessa was on May 13, 2017 (Although she kept harassing me for the last two years since I stopped replying to her.) I haven’t responded to any of her emails, texts, phone calls, or voicemails. Yet, she’s been contacting me and putting me on her weird blogs and social media posts without my permission or consent.
May 13, 2017 was a text exchange where she was telling me she wanted to “coordinate” with what my attorney was strategizing. I told her no thanks. That was my last reply to her. Previously I had asked her to remove me from her various weird blogs dedicated to Bennet, as some of them were anonymous and I don’t expose people anonymously.
Therefore I didn’t want to be associated with her bizarre blogs. She refused to remove my name and photos. If she was a true victim, why on earth is she putting another victim on her blogs without their permission? Then refusing to remove the victim?
About a year after my last reply to Vanessa, I posted my currently PINNED post and video on my Facebook Fanpage on May 20th, 2018 at Facebook.com/KhamaAnkuFAN.
Vanessa emailed me a few days later with threats via Bennet about how he’s going to “attach to my bank accounts”, etc. She then took parts of my video and posted them on one of her weird Youtube Channels and on her blogs. Vanessa Kachadurian has posted many LIES about me and my cases on her blogs sprinkled in with a few true statements – all to mislead the reader into thinking everything is true.
She’s part of this criminal circus and puts out false information. She’s even emailed me (more than a year after I stopped replying to her) and CC’d Santa Monica Law Enforcement. This email was filled with LIES to try to help Bennet Kelley by making false statements to law enforcement (IN WRITING), which is a crime. Why is Vanessa Kachadurian slandering me to law enforcement – AFTER I stopped replying to her and had nothing to do with her?
Vanessa claims on-line that she’s a victim and other victims should contact her. She posts her email address and tells people to email her. That’s her dirty trap.
Why would Vanessa contact law enforcement and tell them lies about me to help Bennet commit crimes? Why is she all over the internet talking about Bennet and Bennet bashing her on his twitter and his own website? It’s all an illusion. They are on the same side. She lied to Santa Monica Law Enforcement in an email to me CC’ing them to provoke a reaction. This is how these goons work. They relentlessly bully you with non-stop slander attempting to provoke you into an emotional outburst and wanting you to get in a pointless argument with them.
This is classic Narcissistic Gaslighting 101.
I have a TON of emails, texts and voicemail messages from Vanessa harassing me for the last two years with statements telling me to “do this and do that”… or else Bennet’s going to do this to you… And 90% of these “pieces of advice” are all to help him and his co-conspirators hurt me. She’s part of the criminal circus to confuse the target and disseminate false information about the target, pretending to be a victim – so outsiders reading her blogs think she’s telling the truth about the target, when Vanessa is actually a “Flying Monkey” helping Bennet Kelley.
She’s been lying about me and stalking me non-stop for the last two years. One of her emails even starts, “you don’t have to communicate with me”…then proceeds to go on about how she “looked up my case” and Bennet’s going to do this and that…When that email arrived, I had not replied to any of her texts or emails or voicemails for over 18 months at that point..why was she STILL contacting me about Bennet and his illegal behavior…and furthermore, why was she STILL telling me what to do when her “advice” was always with an endgame to harm me?
After I stopped responding to her, whenever I posted about these crooks, she would screenshot it and post it on her blogs and twitter accounts…to pretend as though she was on my side. To make it look asthough we had mutual communication as opposed to the truth – she just kept contacting me with no response from me.
Keep in mind, Vanessa Kachadurian’s name was littered all over Bennet Kelley’s crazy discovery questions, his fake case # at Stanley Mosk and he fake injunction (he put her name in the proposal as someone to not talk about him – yet she was not a defendant in the case). Bennet claimed the case was about Scott Pummill in Paducah, KY, yet he was asking for emails between me and Vanessa?? This was for me to contact Vanessa and tell her that not only was she in the Case #2, but also in the Case #3.
Look up “Vanesssa Kachadurian and Bennet Kelley” on-line and you’ll see their weird arrangement for yourself. Without this forementioned information I just provided, one would really think she’s a Bennet Kelley victim’s advocate. After watching this episode and viewing the supporting evidence, you’ll see she’s part of the vicious scam. Once I figured it out, I immediately stopped replying to her and collected my evidence.
When Bennet Kelley and his goons want to contact their target, but not directly, they send Vanessa to bully their target and relay “shock and awe” nonsense, in attempts to silence their target. Then Vanessa continues to defame their target on-line in her disturbing blogs (mixing a little truth with a bunch of filthy lies) and won’t remove the target’s name and photo from her blogs at – even at the request of the target. In my case, it was a benefit she didn’t remove my info at my request – more evidence. She has conflicting statements from her blogs and twitter about me to her emails, texts and voicemails to me. Not to mention a bunch of lies about the fact my cases were raped. She writes asthough they are real, trying to cover for the criminals involved.
Vanessa knows my cases were raped. Why does she lie on-line about me and my cases? Because she’s part of the scam. Be sure to take notice that both her and Bennet’s writing style is exactly the same. She would send me “warnings” about the same threats Bennet was sending me. How on earth would she know how, when, why and where he was going to/or just did something? Because they were in collaboration.
VIDEO: They manufactured another case in another courthouse 40 minutes away from the 1st courthouse (wrong courthouse) & refused to properly serve me the lawsuit for months. I was told BY EMAIL to “go pick it up at the courthouse”.
DOWNLOADABLE EVIDENCE: Emails from Bennet Kelley filled with lies and proof he wouldn’t properly serve the lawsuit that falsely claimed I was defaming him and the Kentucky con man AND that he needed an Emergency Hearing to silence me. If you need an emergency hearing (ex-parte hearing), wouldn’t you want to serve the lawsuit?
Must Watch: You need to see just how corrupt some of these attorneys and court clerks can be. Not all, but some. They will do anything for a buck…including fabricate an entire court case to try to ruin someone’s life. What is very odd is how messy they are. You won’t catch it if you don’t know where to look. But once you do…it’s a disaster! Watch this so you know where to look!

A) I not talk about two of the criminals publicly (Scott Pummill and Bennet Kelley).
B) I give the criminals “viewing access” to all of my social media platforms, including ones I blocked them from – so they could make sure I was not talking about them.
C) Their SPY, Vanessa Kachadurian was also not to speak about them. *This was so that I would contact her to tell her she was included. She then used the information I shared with her to give to the goons.

VIDEO: This attorney, Gregory Levon Kirakosian – State Bar Number #294580 of Kirakosian Law was playing games from the start. Telling me to post date my contract, not to come to the hearing and lied to me constantly. He was compromised very early on and after I fired him – he harassed me for TWO MONTHS trying to force me to sign a form – FOR the other side to hurt me! When you see the form – it will make your head spin! It was bizarre.

VIDEO: They took their fake lawsuit and “transferred” it to another court room for Case #3 (since the fake injunction scam failed). Because Case #2 didn’t work out as they had planned, they figured they would rape it and then try to con a Judge in Case #3. Hence the constant hopping from court room to court room and different courthouses.

DOWNLOADABLE EVIDENCE: The emails and texts from my 2nd attorney after I fired him notifying me of the scam he and Bennet Kelley are about to start running on a Judge. He forwarded me emails from the creepy attorney about their fake injunction they were going to pretend was real. This is very illegal.
After I fired Greg Kirakosian he had no right to contact me again. He certainly didn’t have any right to continue to communicate with Bennet Kelley or anyone else about my case pretending to still represent me, let alone tell me to “SIGN THIS” when he was no longer representing me. Greg is a horrible attorney who will take your money (he took $5,000 retainer to start), then lie to you non-stop, then join in on an illegal scam with the opposing attorney.
Must Watch: You need to see how corruption can take place INSIDE courthouses (behind Judge’s backs), so you can stop it from happening to you or your loved ones! NOTE: I found Greg Kirakosian via a referral through Geregos and Geregos (the law firm that represented Colin Kaepernick in his lawsuit against the NFL). I had a 20-minute conversation with one of the partners and he referred me to Greg a few days later telling me he spoke with him and he would take my case (this is when I still just thought it was a perjury scam,not a perjury and court record rape scam).
The referring law firm is one of the best in the country. They are in no way responsible for Greg’s criminal actions. All they did was refer him to me. My point is, when you think you are getting the best – you can still be abused by your own lawyer! BE CAREFUL! Greg Kirakosian was a filthy rat, disguised as a caring lawyer fighting for civil rights. When in fact, he’ll violate your rights, break the law, participate in a con job AT the courthouse – and ROB YOU at the same time.
NOTE: Greg Kirakosian’s name is not on the court case summary on the court website as the lawyer representing me (which is required by law) in the case #16K10510 so when someone looks him up, they don’t see he’s attached to this illegal scam he ran with Bennet Kelley.
But once you see the plethora of texts and emails from this clown (including the ones he forwarded between him and Bennet after I fired him and was ignoring his harassment) – you’ll see he was knee deep in this felony. I am unaware if his wife, Sevan Knar or his partner Raffi Sean Batanian – State Bar Number #326338 (admission date 6/6/2019 – information available on State Bar Website are aware of his criminal activities and his involvement with Bennet Kelley.
VIDEO: This is the 2nd Restraining Order manufactured and raped. This time it was at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse (once again, wrong courthouse) and thrown on my doormat. They tried the scam AGAIN. They created a second fraudulent Restraining Order for Brian Quartey in LONDON (see more about him in episode #18) to silence me about the first fraudulent Restraining Order for Scott Pummill in KENTUCKY (created at Santa Monica Courthouse). You’ll see how they manipulated the case summary and added the minute order (court notes) about a year later! This is illegal. It’s a felony.
DOWNLOADABLE EVIDENCE: The 2nd Fraudulent Restraining Order. Plus, emails between me and the other attorney whose name is on it, Joseph Land – State Bar Number #266657 of Land Legal Group. He refused to tell me who was actually at the hearing and refused to tell me why they claimed in the RO that the crooked attorney, Bennet Kelley had a RO on me and I was “constantly violating it”. The email exchange between me and Joey Land is jaw-dropping!
NOTE: Joseph Land’s name is not on the court case summary on the court website, (just as with Greg Kirakosain) as the lawyer representing my step-father (which is required by law) so when someone looks him up, they don’t see he’s attached to this illegal scam he ran with Bennet Kelley.[Since publishing CourtRecordRape.com they have been scurrying like little rodents, trying to legitimize their felony scam. Which, like everything else they’ve done to me…only makes it worse for them.]
My step-father lives in London, he didn’t do all this by himself and Joseph admits IN WRITING, by email, he’s part of case, but “no longer represents Brian Quartey”. But then refuses to give any basic facts about the case – trying (unsuccessfully) not to incriminate himself. If this case was legitimate, he would have put his name on the case and it be in public view in the court website. Instead he and Brian Quartey hid behind Bennet Kelley’s and Scott Pummill’s craziness.
Must Watch: This was insane! The RO was for a man in LONDON, my step-father who paid tons of BRIBES for this criminal circus! It was written by the Bennet, the creepy lawyer that was at my house 4 hours, 1 year prior, but another lawyer’s name was on it, Joseph Land. And it spoke about the Kentucky con man, Scott Pummill? Very Bizarre!
VIDEO: I went to put a Restraining Oorder on the crooked attorney, Bennet Kelley – as he kept harassing me AT HOME. The same bribed court clerks (EYONE AND MELISSA VANDEMAN, in Dept. F) that created the fraudulent RO#1 sabotaged my filing and raped my case. It’s messy! They fabricated a hearing, a minute order and a judgement on my court case. THEY RAPED MY CASE. They didn’t even allow me a hearing, but on my records it claims it happened.

VIDEO: My 3rd lawyer, Sara Poster – State Bar Number #244838 of “The Law Office of Sara Poster” (bar admission date 12/2006 – information available on State Bar Website) did the same things my 1st and 2nd lawyers did. This time around I knew a lot more about the legal system, trusted my gut more and asked questions.
Sara Poster constantly lied to me IN WRITING and when I finally had enough and told her I was going to tell Judge Stern at the case status conference meeting that she was committing legal malpractice, she said she wanted to quit and ran to the courthouse “Ex-parte” to be relieved as counsel.
I said fine, but I needed my money back (she charged me $350/hour…to abuse and lie to me). Sara refused to give back all my money and forced me to sign an illegal contract. Sara Poster was in on Bennet Kelley’s Court Record Rape Scheme.
When I initially hired her, she was all about justice (at that point I knew it was perjury and false accusations, but didn’t know about the court record rape). Sara Poster, having passed the Bar Exam and graduated from Law School, KNEW THE CASE WAS ILLEGALLY ENTERED INTO THE COURT. But she played dumb and just like Greg Kirakosian and Yury Galperin – she decided to back stab her own client and work for the other side. That’s illegal.
She knew there was no injunction, and when Bennet emailed her he “won an injunction” and then forwarded me the email. I asked her for it. Where’s the injunction? Bennet had been lying he won it since October 2016, and in March 2017 (FIVE MONTHS LATER) I still hadn’t seen it.
Like Greg Kirakosian she knew it was a con job, and like Greg Kirakosian, she tried to keep the scam going. So, she gave me one excuse after the next as to getting me a copy of this signed injunction by a JUDGE. She knew it was bogus. She knew Bennet Kelley had raped my court records. But instead of reporting his FELONY, she joined in on the scam.

MUST WATCH: The illegal contract Sara Poster forced me to sign to muzzle me regarding her legal malpractice and illegal activities is mind-blowing. Yes. She forced me to sign a contract to silence me regarding HER ILLEGAL COLLUSION with Bennet Kelley.
The contract stated I wasn’t allow to speak about her or her law firm. It said I wasn’t allowed to let anyone know the contract existed. It said that if I discover she did more illegal conduct than what I knew at the signing of it, I couldn’t sue her. And it said that she would sue me if I breached it in any way. Where would she sue me? The same courthouse she helped the opposition rape my records in and con a Superior Court Judge? This is utter nonsense. The contract was illegal and therefore, completely null and void.
You need to see this so you don’t fall victim to your own lawyer abusing you!

Twitter and Facebook are PUBLIC on-line portals where Sara Poster publicly advertises her full name, photo business name, business location, business phone number, etc. She also advertises this information plus her email address on the PUBLIC California State Bar Website #244838.
Sara’s full name and contact information are also plastered on the PUBLIC court documents she filed at Stanley Mosk while she was abusing and lying to me; and every court document she’s ever filed – all are publicly viewable.
Therefore, stating her NAME on this website is not disclosing “sensitive personal information”. Posting her social security number, bank account numbers, etc. is “sensitive personal information”, her name is not. Neither is stating that facts that she illegally abused me.
If Sara feels I am slandering her, she is free to file a defamation lawsuit, hopefully in Department 62 of Stanley Mosk with Judge Stern (where she helped Bennet rape my cases) and she can show the Judge this website, explain the illegal contract she created and refusal to fully reimburse me + pay damages and all of her FELONY legal malpractice she committed under his nose. 🙂
Plus, if Sara’s contract to silence me about her illegal activities was legal and legitimate, she would have IMMEDIATELY run to the courthouse to file a breach of contract lawsuit against me as soon as I exposed her criminal conduct. She’s also had to opportunity to turn herself into the FBI and stop the illegal charade.

Bennet Gerard Kelley will be disbarred and going to prison. Stay Away from this Clown! I warned my step-father, Brian Quartey, to stay away from Bennet and he just couldn’t resist paying him to abuse me by proxy by hiding behind this crook. Now my step-father will be losing his job at BP and going to prison for paying for Court Record Rape. This is exactly like the College Bribery Scam. But instead of raping admissions, he’s pays bribes to rape court records.
I don’t believe Chairman and President of BP America Susan Dio nor CEO Bob Dudleywould want a criminal working for their company. If Brian is willing to pay off a gutter lawyer to illegally tamper with his step-daughter’s court records and falsely accuse her of attempted murder, what on earth is he doing with his BP associates or competitors?
Keep in mind, the financier of all this illegal activity is Brian Quartey – a BLACK AFRICAN multi-millionaire. He’s 1% of the 1% of the 1% and this is what this BLACK MAN spends his time and money on – gutter lawyers like Bennet Kelley. Although Brian has the means, resources and access to the BEST attorneys in the world, he’d rather roll around in complete filth with this criminal and commit multiple felonies… all so he can slander me to my family with the raped court documents he paid bribes to have manufactured.
At one point, when my brother, Kofi Anku, was visiting me from Ghana, Brian sent him vile threats on his WhatsApp messanger to show me (because he didn’t want to send the garbage directly to me) if I didn’t remove my truthful Facebook Post about his illegal activity PINNED on my Facebook Fan page from May 20th, 2018 at Facebook.com/KhamaAnkuFAN.
The more they try to ruin my life and threaten me…the more fuel and motivation I have to complete the next stage of clearing my name, my court records and exposing them – not just for me – but to prevent this from happening to other women and people of color. Brian has been paying this fool Bennet for years to harm me and who else… and demanded that I “separate” him from Bennet Kelley on-line. Ironic, huh?
Even though Brian is a BLACK MAN, he thinks he’s above his own people because he (temporarily) has money. Did he see the College Bribery Scam Yet? Did he see what the FBI did to those wealthy parents paying bribes to try to (illegally) help their kids, and here he is paying bribes to (illegally) hurt his own wife’s daughter. And look where it got him? There is now a documentary about his foolishness. He’s going to lose his oil trading gig at BP and a lot more.
My step-father will flash cash and if you are greedy you’ll fall into a trap that will cause you to lose it all – just like as Joseph Land, Yury Galperin, Greg Kirakosian and Sara Poster did along with the crooked court clerks (like Melissa Vandeman and Eyone).
These lawyers are sworn to uphold ethical behavior – but they all jumped on the Court Record Rape Scam bandwagon for money. This is why both Yury Galperin and Sara Poster forced me to sign agreements stating that I wouldn’t speak about them. What kind of lawyer silences his/her own client???? The kind that conspires against their own client to break the law for bribes!
The California Bar Association and the FBI don’t like this type of abuse.
